Makhunik  is a village in Doreh Rural District, in theCentral District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 582, in 125 families.

This village is famous because of most people have short stature around 140 cm. the house are small with small door. it is one of the 100 places you must see in Iran.
